Question 81 from The Impossible Quiz Book is the thirty-first question of the Book's second Chapter, and the first question of the final stretch of the game, which represents the Modern era of video games. These questions are characterised by the top notch graphics and the more natural, familiar-looking handwriting, both of which have the essence of Splapp-Me-Do's typical works. Pixels have already been left in the past, with a rotating space background and metallic/robotic option boxes taking over the following twenty questions.

This is the first of these 20 questions, and it says: "What is mankind's greatest achievement?", with the potential answers to this question being "Language", "Medicine", "Civilisation" and "What a long, strange trip it's been".

Any of the first three options would seem like a good choice, since they were all important feats in the history of humanity and they were all necessary to become what we are in the present day; however, none of them are correct! The right one in this case is "What a long, strange trip it's been", which is the name of 1 of 4667 achievements of the massively multiplayer online role-playing game "World of Warcraft"; an achievement that is extremely hard to get, no less, which is why it's the greatest you could possibly ever achieve.
