Question 17 of The Impossible Quiz Book shows a sea, where there's a sunken ship destroyed in half. Occasionally, the player will see a blue fish swimming by, as well as Celly, the little creature from Splapp's Flash animation "Right Here, Right Now", also featured in Question 9 of The Impossible Quiz 2. There is no task on screen at any point of the question, and there's no way for the player to lose a life in here.

Simply enough, since the scenery is set in the bottom of the sea, all that the player has to is to press the "C" key on the keyboard, since it sounds like "sea", in order to proceed.
