The correct answer is "A corpse's bra", since the blood of a human body will turn blue after dying, due to de-oxygenation. One of the choices, "An English country garden" may be referring to the type of bird called a tit.

While this question and its answer remain exactly the same in the iOS version of The Impossible Quiz 2, the first option, "An English country garden", was changed for "An English country garder". This is probably just an unintentional spelling mistake.
