Question 25 of The Impossible Quiz says "How do you kill a werewolf?", and the possible answers say "Shoe polish", "Gravy granules", "Black pudding", and "Cillit Bang".
The answer to this question is "shoe polish". Shoe polish contains silver nitrate, and it's said that silver items (like bullets) can be used to kill werewolves.

This question remains exactly the same in the iOS version of The Impossible Quiz, but the fourth option box, "Cillit Bang", was removed and replaced by an option box that said "Therewolf", to avoid Copyright issues with the brand name. The answer is still "shoe polish", though.
